Return & Refund Policy

1. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or is significantly different from what was ordered, we will make it right.

You will receive either:

  • A full (100%) refund, or

  • A replacement product (subject to availability)

We will also cover:

  • Return shipping costs (if a return is required)

2. Change of Mind Returns

As this is a proxy purchasing service for overseas products, returns for change of mind are only accepted in exceptional circumstances and must be approved by us.

If approved, the following deductions will apply:

  • Round-trip international shipping costs

  • Purchasing service fee: USD $50

  • 30% restocking/cancellation fee based on the product purchase price

The remaining balance will be refunded after all applicable deductions.

Order Cancellation Policy

Our products are purchased through a proxy purchasing (purchasing agency) service.

Once we purchase an item from the overseas supplier on your behalf, the purchasing service has been completed. Overseas suppliers generally do not accept cancellations or returns, so refunds become significantly more limited after this point.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Cancellation Before Purchase

Status: Order has not yet been placed with the supplier.

  • Order cancellation is permitted.

  • 100% refund will be issued.

Cancellation After Purchase from Supplier

Status: We have already purchased the item from the supplier.

  • Cancellations are not permitted under normal circumstances.

  • If an exception is approved, the following deductions will apply:

    • Purchasing service fee: USD $50

    • 30% of the product purchase price

The remaining balance will be refunded.

Return After Arrival in the United States

If a return is exceptionally approved after the product has arrived at our U.S. facility, the following deductions will apply:

  • Round-trip international shipping costs

  • Customs duties and import taxes (where applicable)

  • Purchasing service fee: USD $50

  • 30% of the product purchase price

The remaining balance will be refunded after all applicable deductions.

Important Notes

  • All return and cancellation requests are subject to our review and approval.

  • Proxy purchasing services are completed once we purchase the product from the supplier on your behalf.

  • Products sourced from overseas suppliers are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive defective, damaged, or an exception is approved.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
