Welcome to Dopely ("Dopely," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dopely website, mobile services, applications, and all related products, content, and services (collectively, the "Services").

Dopely is a premium marketplace specializing in authentic trading cards, collectibles, blind boxes, designer toys, figures, apparel, accessories, and other curated products sourced from Japan, China, and around the world.

By accessing our Services, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any additional policies published on our website.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase products from Dopely.

If you are under the age of majority, you may only use our Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By placing an order, you represent that:

  • all information you provide is accurate and current;

  • you are authorized to use the payment method provided;

  • you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

2. Your Account

Creating an account allows you to access order history, rewards, tracking, and exclusive promotions.

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your password;

  • all activity occurring under your account;

  • promptly updating your account information.

Dopely may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, chargebacks, unauthorized reselling, or violations of these Terms.

3. Products

Dopely specializes in authentic imported products including:

  • Trading Cards

  • Blind Boxes

  • Designer Toys

  • Figures

  • Collectibles

  • Licensed Merchandise

  • Apparel

  • Accessories

  • Lifestyle Goods

Many products originate from Japan, China, Korea, and other international markets.

Product packaging may contain foreign-language text and may differ from domestic releases.

Product images are for illustration purposes only. Manufacturers may change packaging, included accessories, promotional inserts, or artwork without notice.

4. Authenticity Guarantee

Authenticity is central to the Dopely experience.

Unless otherwise clearly stated, every product sold by Dopely is genuine and sourced through authorized distributors, manufacturers, trusted partners, or verified suppliers.

Certain high-value products may undergo additional inspection or authentication before shipment.

Authentication methods may include:

  • visual inspection;

  • packaging verification;

  • serial number verification;

  • manufacturing inspection;

  • third-party authentication.

Products that successfully pass inspection may include Dopely authentication labeling, documentation, or tamper-evident packaging.

5. Inspection Services

Some products are inspected by Dopely or our professional inspection partners before shipment.

Inspection helps verify authenticity, completeness, and overall product condition.

Inspection is intended to reduce the risk of counterfeit goods but does not constitute a warranty against hidden manufacturing defects.

Products may be opened solely for inspection when necessary unless otherwise advertised as factory-sealed.

6. Blind Boxes & Randomized Products

Many collectibles sold by Dopely are randomized products.

By purchasing blind boxes, mystery products, randomized trading card packs, or similar products, you acknowledge:

  • contents are determined by the manufacturer;

  • Dopely cannot influence randomized outcomes;

  • duplicate items may occur;

  • chase or rare items are never guaranteed.

Opened blind boxes, opened trading card packs, and opened randomized products are not eligible for return unless defective or required by applicable law.

7. Trading Cards

Trading card products may include:

  • sealed booster boxes;

  • packs;

  • starter decks;

  • promotional products;

  • collectible singles.

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

  • sealed products are sold unopened;

  • individual card pulls are not guaranteed;

  • manufacturer odds are determined solely by the publisher.

Card condition is evaluated according to commonly accepted collector standards. Minor manufacturing imperfections may occur and are not considered defects.

8. Pre-Orders

Certain products are sold as pre-orders.

Estimated release dates are supplied by manufacturers and are subject to change.

By placing a pre-order:

  • you authorize payment at checkout unless otherwise stated;

  • shipment will occur after inventory is received;

  • release delays outside Dopely's control do not constitute grounds for cancellation unless required by law.

If a manufacturer permanently cancels a product, customers will receive a refund.

9. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

Orders are not accepted until confirmed by Dopely.

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse any order;

  • limit quantities;

  • cancel duplicate purchases;

  • cancel orders suspected of fraud;

  • cancel orders due to pricing errors or inventory inaccuracies.

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, a full refund of the affected amount will be issued.

10. Pricing

Prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may change without notice.

Taxes, customs duties, import fees, shipping charges, and carrier surcharges are calculated separately unless specifically included.

Promotional pricing applies only during the advertised promotional period.

11. Payments

We accept approved payment methods displayed during checkout.

Orders may be subject to fraud screening.

Dopely reserves the right to refuse transactions suspected of unauthorized use or fraudulent activity.

12. Shipping

Shipping estimates are estimates only.

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • manufacturer delays;

  • international transportation disruptions.

Risk of loss transfers once the shipment has been accepted by the shipping carrier where permitted by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are accurate.

13. International Orders

Customers are responsible for understanding local import regulations.

Customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and import charges imposed by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Certain products cannot be shipped to every country due to licensing restrictions.

14. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Generally:

  • defective products may qualify for replacement or refund;

  • change-of-mind returns may be subject to restocking fees and shipping deductions;

  • opened blind boxes and opened trading card products are generally non-returnable;

  • authenticated products may require original authentication materials for return eligibility.

15. Promotions

Promotions, discount codes, coupons, loyalty rewards, and credits:

  • cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • may not be combined unless expressly stated;

  • may be modified or terminated at any time;

  • may be canceled if misuse or abuse is detected.

Orders obtained through fraudulent use of promotions may be canceled.

  • logos;

  • branding;

  • artwork;

  • graphics;

  • product photography;

  • videos;

  • website design;

  • written content;

  • software;

  • trademarks;

is owned by Dopely or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

17. User Content

Reviews, photographs, comments, and other submissions grant Dopely a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, modify, and display such content for marketing and business purposes.

You represent that your submissions do not infringe the rights of others.

18. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • engage in fraudulent purchases;

  • interfere with website security;

  • scrape website data;

  • upload malicious software;

  • exploit pricing errors;

  • abuse promotional offers;

  • impersonate another individual;

  • violate applicable laws.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

20. Disclaimer

Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, remain the responsibility of the manufacturer.

  • incidental damages;

  • lost profits;

  • loss of data;

  • business interruption;

  • consequential damages arising from use of our Services or products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dopely, its affiliates, employees, directors, officers, contractors, suppliers, and partners from claims arising from:

  • your breach of these Terms;

  • misuse of the Services;

  • violation of applicable law;
