Dopely Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: July 7, 2026

At Dopely, we source authentic collectibles and exclusive merchandise from Japan, China, Korea, and other international markets. Many items are purchased specifically on your behalf through our global sourcing network. Because of this, our return and cancellation policy differs from that of traditional retailers.

By placing an order with Dopely, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy.

1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A description of the issue

Once your claim is verified, Dopely will provide one of the following at no additional cost:

  • A full (100%) refund, or

  • A replacement item (subject to availability)

If a return is required, Dopely will cover the return shipping costs.

2. Change of Mind

Because many Dopely products are specially sourced or imported from overseas suppliers, returns for change of mind are not accepted as standard policy.

In rare cases where a return is approved, the following deductions may apply:

  • Round-trip international shipping costs

  • Purchasing and sourcing service fee: USD $50

  • 30% of the product purchase price

Any remaining balance will be refunded after applicable deductions.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

Many products sold on Dopely are purchased specifically on your behalf after your order is placed.

Once we have placed your order with our overseas supplier, our sourcing service has been completed and the order generally cannot be canceled.

Before We Purchase From the Supplier

If your order has not yet been placed with the supplier:

  • Orders may be canceled.

  • You will receive a 100% refund.

After We Purchase From the Supplier

Once your item has been purchased from our supplier:

  • Orders cannot normally be canceled.

  • If an exception is approved, the following deductions will apply:

    • Purchasing and sourcing service fee: USD $50

    • 30% of the product purchase price

The remaining balance will be refunded.

After the Item Arrives at Our U.S. Warehouse

If a return is exceptionally approved after the product has arrived at our U.S. warehouse, the following deductions may apply:

  • Round-trip international shipping costs

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees (if applicable)

  • Purchasing and sourcing service fee: USD $50

  • 30% of the product purchase price

The remaining balance will be refunded.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the following products are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Blind boxes and blind bags that have been opened

  • Trading card packs or booster boxes that have been opened

  • Trading cards removed from sealed packaging

  • Limited edition, made-to-order, or special order products

  • Products sold as Final Sale

  • Digital products or gift cards

  • Products showing signs of use or customer damage

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Dopely is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather events

  • Carrier delays

  • Force majeure events

If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.

  • Additional processing time may be required by your payment provider or financial institution.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Your name

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Dopely specializes in authentic imported collectibles sourced from trusted suppliers around the world. Many products are purchased specifically on behalf of our customers after an order is placed. For this reason, cancellation and return options are more limited than those of traditional retailers.

We are committed to resolving any issues involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items quickly and fairly while maintaining transparency throughout the purchasing process.
