- 100% refund will be issued.
Cancellation After Purchase from Supplier
Status: We have already purchased the item from the supplier.
- Cancellations are not permitted under normal circumstances.
- If an exception is approved, the following deductions will apply:Purchasing service fee: USD $5030% of the product purchase price
The remaining balance will be refunded.
Return After Arrival in the United States
If a return is exceptionally approved after the product has arrived at our U.S. facility, the following deductions will apply:
- Round-trip international shipping costs
- Customs duties and import taxes (where applicable)
- Purchasing service fee: USD $50
- 30% of the product purchase price
The remaining balance will be refunded after all applicable deductions.
Important Notes
- All return and cancellation requests are subject to our review and approval.
- Proxy purchasing services are completed once we purchase the product from the supplier on your behalf.
- Products sourced from overseas suppliers are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive defective, damaged, or an exception is approved.
